Hampton Inn New Bern is seeking to fill the position of Guest Services Supervisor. The GSS will coordinate the activities of the front office team, and guest services department, including hiring and training. Duties include but are not limited to working closely with GM on front-office budgets, enforcing consistency in operating procedures, ensuring room revenue maximization, and providing exceptional guest service to all guests.
Individual must possess excellent leadership skills, an amiable personality, be honest and dedicated, highly motivated and a self-starter. Excellent advancement opportunity for the dedicated individual who is not afraid to work.
